When you buy a desk clock or a marble bookend from perrylawnyc.com, you have to give us some personal details so we can actually mail the item to you. We respect your privacy. We don't sell your phone number to telemarketers, and we don't do anything weird with your personal info.

What information we collect

To get your order packed and out the door, we need your full name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number.

When you checkout, you also type in your credit card details. We don't actually see your full card number on our end. That sensitive information goes straight to our secure payment processors, like Stripe or PayPal. We only see the last four digits so we can look up your receipt if you ask us to.

Why we need your info

We only use your information to run the store and get you your stuff:

  • To mail your items: We have to print a shipping label, which means we give your name and address to UPS, FedEx, or the post office.

  • To talk to you: We use your email address to send your order receipt and your tracking link.

  • Fixing problems: We might call or email you if there is an issue with your order. For example, if a package gets returned to our warehouse because the address was typed wrong, we will reach out to fix it.

The only time we share your details is when we absolutely have to make your order happen. We share your address with the delivery guys so they know where to drop the box. We share the transaction total with our payment gateway so your card can be charged. That is it. The only exception is if the police or a judge forces us to hand over records with a legal court order.
