Here is the deal. When you shop at perrylawnyc.com, you are agreeing to the rules we have laid out below. Please read this over before you buy anything. If you don't like how we run things, we respectfully ask that you don't use our website.

You need to be an adult in your state to buy things from us. Don't use our site for anything illegal and definitely don't try to hack our checkout or send viruses through our forms. If you try to mess with our website code, we will immediately ban your IP address and cancel your orders.

2. Our Rights as a Store

We can refuse to sell to anyone at any time. Your credit card information is always encrypted and safe when you pay. However, everything else on this site—like our photos of desk clocks, product descriptions, and site design—belongs to us. Please don't copy, paste, or steal our content to use on your own dropshipping or e-commerce site.

3. Typos and Pricing Mistakes

We try really hard to make sure our website is perfectly accurate. But we are human, and sometimes a typo slips through. If we accidentally price a $250 marble bookend at $2.50, we are not going to honor that price or ship the item. We will simply cancel the order and give you your money back. We also have the right to change our prices or pull a product off the store whenever we need to, without warning anyone first.

4. Product Colors and Materials

We sell items made from real marble, wood, and brass. Because these are natural materials, every single item is unique. The veining in your marble might look a little different than the exact photo on your screen. We try our best to show true colors, but your computer monitor or phone screen might display them differently.

5. Billing and Account Details

When you place an order, you need to give us a real email address and a correct shipping address. If we need to cancel or change your order, we are going to try and email you. If you give us fake info, we can't help you. Also, we don't sell to bulk resellers. If it looks like you are buying our stock just to flip it somewhere else, we will cancel your order.

6. What You Can't Do

Don't do anything sketchy on our website. This includes harassing our customer support team, trying to steal other customers' data, submitting fake credit cards, or breaking the law. Keep it professional.

7. Website Uptime and Blame

We don't guarantee that our website will be 100% bug-free or lightning fast all the time. The internet has hiccups. By using our site, you agree that you are doing it at your own risk. If something goes wrong with the website or an item, PerryLawNYC and our staff are not responsible for any crazy damages, lost profits, or lost data. We just sell executive desk accessories.
